Shipping timing depends on product customization, production status, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Production time

  • Personalized products enter production after the required photo, engraving, and option details are received.
  • Orders with unclear photos or missing customization details may take longer because we may need to confirm details before production.

Shipping updates

  • When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the checkout email if tracking is available.
  • Delivery estimates are estimates and can change due to carrier delays, holidays, customs, or address issues.

Express orders

  • If an express order add-on is available and selected, it prioritizes the order according to the add-on conditions shown at checkout.
  • Express processing does not remove the need for usable photo and engraving details.

Address changes

  • Contact us immediately if your shipping address is wrong.
  • Address changes may not be possible after the order has shipped.
