Returns & Refunds

Because personalized crystal items are made for each customer, returns are handled differently from standard stock products.

Personalized items

  • Custom photo crystals, engraved products, and made-to-order accessories may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns after production has started.
  • Please review product size, photo, engraving, and add-ons carefully before checkout.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • Include your order number plus clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Order cancellations

  • If production has not started, we can review cancellation requests.
  • Once production starts on a personalized item, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund review

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Processing time can vary depending on your payment provider.
