Before you contact us
- Include your order number if you already placed an order.
- For photo or engraving questions, attach or describe the exact image and text you want to use.
- For delivery questions, include the shipping name and address used at checkout.
Order changes
- If your order is not yet in production, we can usually help update uploaded photos, engraving text, size choices, or add-ons.
- Because personalized products are made to order, changes may not be possible after production has started.
Product support
- For damage, quality, or wrong-item claims, send clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- For LED bases or accessories, include a short description of the issue and when it appeared.
