What photo should I upload?

Use a clear, high-resolution photo where faces or subjects are visible and not heavily cropped. Bright photos with simple backgrounds usually give the best engraving result.

Can I add engraving?

Yes. Engraving is optional on supported products. Add your text in the product customizer before adding the product to cart.

Can I choose the size or shape?

Yes. Select the product shape and size on the product page, then complete the customizer options such as photo upload, engraving, number of people, LED base, warranty, and add-ons.

Do add-ons appear in the cart?

Yes. Selected add-ons such as LED bases, warranty, express order, or 3D figure options are added to the cart with the main product so the order details stay together.

Can I change my order after checkout?

Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we can usually help update order details. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible.

Will I receive tracking?

When the order ships, tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review it quickly.
